Everything here — projects, drawings, photographs, descriptions and dates — is published to introduce the practice and its work. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is a portfolio, not a record. Details change, and pages are not always updated the day they do.

Nothing on this site is architectural, engineering, planning or regulatory advice, and nothing here forms a proposal, quotation or agreement to provide services. Scopes, areas, timelines and outcomes described alongside a project applied to that project, on that site, under that brief. Do not rely on any of it for your own project. Work with us begins with a written appointment, and only that document governs what we do.

The design of this website, and the drawings, renders, plans, photographs, text and marks it contains, belong to Associated Architects & Engineers or to the photographers and consultants who made them and licensed them to us. They are protected by Indian copyright law.

You may view the pages and print or save extracts for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or adapt any part of the site — images especially — for commercial use, or present the work as your own, without our written permission. If you would like to use an image, write to us; we usually say yes when the credit is right.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Some pages link or embed content from other services — a video host, a map, an email client. Those services are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

The site is offered as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be reachable or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use or unavailability. We may change, add to or withdraw any part of it, or these terms, at any time; the date above tells you when they last moved.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.

Nothing is gathered from you simply by visiting. There is no sign-in, no account and no profile.

The enquiry form on the contact page sends what you typed to Netlify, who host this site and handle its form submissions. They pass it to us by email and also keep a copy in the site’s own panel, which only the practice can open — so an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. We receive your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, and whatever you wrote. Netlify processes it on our behalf and does not use it for anything of their own; see Netlify’s privacy policy.

Job applications are not a form. The apply button opens your own email program with the address filled in, and you send it yourself, so an application and anything attached to it reaches us as ordinary email and nowhere else. The same applies when you write to us directly.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nobody is measuring where you go on it.

Video is embedded through YouTube’s no-cookie service and loads only after you press play. Until you do, nothing is requested from YouTube. Once you do, YouTube may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them.

The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep standard access logs. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

We use what you send to answer you, to discuss a possible project, and to consider an application when that is what you wrote about. Nothing more. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Correspondence sits in the studio’s email accounts and is shared only within the practice, or with a consultant working on your project where that is necessary. It is kept while it is useful to the relationship, and deleted on request.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to prnathe@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
